Our standard repair/rebuild procedure consists of two parts which are the Disassembly and the Assembly.

 

DISASSEMBLY:

 

1. Completely disassemble the unit and utilize a high pressure cleaning system.
2. Remove all bearings and seals.
3. Check all housings and bores for wear, including shaft wear.
4. Check oil passages and drains for obstructions.
5. Examine gearing for wear, metal fatigue and burrs.

 

 

ASSEMBLY:

 

1. Replace ALL bearings, seals and gaskets with NEW ones.
2. Repair, rebuild, or remanufacture the gearing if necessary returning them to OEM specs.
3. indicate gearing and bearings for proper installments.
4. Clean and repaint unit.
